Sounding the Harbour

A musical journey across Malta’s Port Region. This project, led by AISO Academy, seeks to engage the Region’s young, elderly and public in a series of music production, DJ and interactive music-making sessions. This series, the music recorded and the sounds sampled from each session will form the basis for an original song and music video. Furthermore, interested participants of these one-time sessions will be invited to join the AISO team to create this original song that will tie together our Region’s elderly and young residents through the power of music. This experience, new to both young and elderly, will create an opportunity for cross generational storytelling and solidarity. Residents from the Port Region who have been unable to attend but who are interested to join the sessions may express their interest in forming part of the original song and music group via this registration form.
